Israel’s Skies Are Open: Air Travel Update for Travel Advisors

As Virtuoso Travel Week approaches, we want to clear the air—literally. Israel is fully open and international flights to Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) are ramping up fast. Yet many travelers—and even some in our industry—aren’t aware just how accessible the destination has become.

Here’s what you need to know:

Direct Flights from the U.S.
Traveling nonstop to Israel is easier than ever:
• El Al Airlines is flying daily from New York (JFK & Newark), Boston, Miami, and Los Angeles
• United Airlines resumed Newark–Tel Aviv service as of July 21
• Delta Air Lines returns to the New York (JFK)–Tel Aviv route on September 1

And if your clients are connecting via Europe? Fares are competitive, and availability is strong.
